New to fitness? In this plan, we are going to start by learning some basic movements, which we'll turn it into a full training plan.

Don’t be alarmed if you’re not tired or feeling like you didn’t work enough. This is the main idea of being fit. Step by step we'll be learning exercises and when we are confident enough, we can start loading more weight and increasing the intensity.
 
By the end of your 8-week journey you will feel better, become more fit and see the difference in your appearance whether your goal is losing fat or getting more toned.

Ready to jump into something a little bit more challenging than the Beginner's plan?

In this plan, you'll be learning more advanced and complicated exercises with different tweaks to work your muscles better. Only by knowing the basics can you achieve the best results and transition into advanced level. 

This is where the transformation happens. You will see fantastic change once you compare your before picture with your after picture when you finish this level.

Finished PA22_EASY and PA22_MEDIUM and looking for a new challenge? 

Once you've finished both plans, you're ready to move forward to PA22_ADVANCED. This plan is advanced in every sense of the word, so it's very important you've gotten the basics you need from the two previous plans.

I am a trainer, so I was not practicing professional bodybuilding when I decided to start competing.

However, with my mind set on getting my PRO Card, I put together a training programme that would get me into competition shape, and it did exactly that: I got my PRO card at my first time competing.
